Their first appearance was in 2005 where they lost to Houston in the quarterfinals, 2-0.
They won their only championship in 2008 after defeating Houston, Franklin in penalty kicks, 5-3, and Brentwood, finishing the season (19-4-1).
They finished as runners-up in 2012 after defeating Clarksville and shutting out Houston before losing to Brentwood, 1-0.
Their last appearance was in 202 where they defeated Gallatin before losing to Houston in the semifinals, 4-0.
