Opened in 1973, the Charles M. Murphy Athletic Center serves as home of the Middle Tennessee State men's and women's basketball teams, who play their home games in the 11,520 seat Monte Hale Arena. Murphy Center has hosted TSSAA state basketball tournaments since 1973.
During its 45-year existence, Murphy Center has staged countless concerts for some of the world's most renowned artists, including Elvis Presley, Elton John, Kiss and three consecutive sold-out performances by multi-platinum country music sensation Garth Brooks.

$10 per day. School-age children and older are required to have a ticket. TSSAA Championship Event Cards and TACA cards will be accepted for admission. The TSSAA ID card and TMSAA ID card are not accepted for admission to championship events.
Parking is $5 per day at the high schools. Parkers will receive a pass that will allow them to leave and reenter. Fans, please use this map to take advantage of free parking on the MTSU Campus. br> Any vehicles without decals parked in the MTSU campus core between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM will be ticketed. br> Decals can be purchased for $2.00/day at PKS between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM or online: GETPERMITS
All championship facilities are handicap accessible.
Concession stands will be open at each championship site.
