Established around 1920, the school served black students in Lebanon and surrounding areas. Closed in 1969 as a result of desegregation, with students transferring to Lebanon High School. Served as a branch campus of Lebanon High until 1973 to address overcrowding and later served as Wilson County Schools' central office. An apartment building is located on the site of the original school.
