First established in 1911. The school building was lost to fire in 1928 and reopened in 1930. Closed in 1974 upon the opening of Rhea County High School. Although the gymnasium and cafeteria remain, the majority of the 1930 building was demolished during the 1985 construction of Spring City Elementary School.
