- Second consecutive state tournament appearance. Consecutive state tournament appearances: 1987-88 (2); 1994-95 (2); 2003-09 (7); 2012-17 (6); 2022-23 (2).
- Consecutive state championships: 2007-08 (2).
- Their first appearance was in 1987 where they defeated Unicoi Co., lost to Chattanooga Central, and lost to Unicoi Co. for their second loss of the tournament.
- They finished as runners-up for the third time in 2017 after defeating Peabody and Summertown to reach the upper bracket final, where they split with Peabody before losing to Loretto 4-0.
- They won their ninth championship in their last appearance in 2022 after defeating Silverdale and Franklin Grace before being forced to play the if necessary game against Northpoint, winning 12-1. They finished the season (41-5).
