- Their first appearance was in 1959 where they lost to Christian Brothers and Carthage.
- They won their first championship in 1967 after defeating Memphis Carver, Nashville Madison, and shutting out Chattanooga Central, finishing the season, (27-5).
- Their last appearance was in 2022 where they opened with a loss to Tullahoma and then defeated Montgomery Central and Tullahoma before losing to Covington in the upper bracket final, 10-3.

Games will be played at Blackman High School and Smyrna High School. The championship game will be played at Reese Smith Jr. Field (MTSU). When a field is to be used for more than one game per day, game times are approximate on all games following the first.
