From 1969 to 1980, Pack was deeply involved in football and basketball, where he profoundly impacted the game. In basketball, he officiated in numerous district and region games and was selected for four Sub-State games, showcasing his skills at a highly competitive level. However, it was on the football field where Pack truly made his mark. Over the years, he officiated over 1200 football games across high school, junior high, middle school, and college levels, demonstrating his adaptability and unwavering dedication to the sport.

A significant highlight of Kenny Pack's career was his involvement in two high school football games entirely officiated by the "Packs" - a remarkable occurrence involving Kenny, his father, and his four siblings. This unique family affair emphasized not only their collective passion for football but also their legacy in sports officiating. His father, Bill Pack, is also a TSSAA Hall of Fame and National High School Hall of Fame inductee, underlining the family's deep roots in sports officiating.

Pack's excellence was nationally acknowledged when he was named the Outstanding Football Official in Tennessee in 1994 by the National Federation of Interscholastic Officials Association. Further, his contributions were recognized through various awards, including being named Outstanding Official in Tennessee by the Lawrenceburg QB Club in 1999 and receiving the TSSAA A. F. Bridges Award for Officials in 2008.

In addition to his on-field achievements, Kenny Pack served as a TSSAA supervisor and assigning officer for 15 years from 1994, ensuring that high standards of officiating were maintained across the state.
