  • Head coach at Henry Co. High School from 1984 - 1993 and again from 2010 - 2014

  • Head coach at Camden High School in 1994

  • Head coach at Dyersburg High School from 1995 – 2006 and again from 2008 - 2010

  • Assistant coach at Montgomery Bell Academy in 2007 when they won the Division II State Championship

  • Had 2 undefeated seasons at Henry Co. High School

  • Won 2 TSSAA State Football Championships with Henry Co. High School in 2011 and 2013

  • Retired at conclusion of 2014 season and his son, James, took over the reins as Henry Co. head football coach
