  • His Germantown team won the TSSAA State Championship in 1983

  • Coached at St. George’s Independent School in Collierville, and won a 2nd state championship in 2007

  • Coached at Lausanne Collegiate School from 2010 until 2013

  • Second-winningest coach in the state of Tennessee with 368 wins

  • Ranks in the Top 40 nationally for most football coaching victories

  • Member of the National High School Athletic Coaches Association Hall of Fame

  • Longtime member of the Lawrenceburg Touchdown Club
