    • Officiated collegiate basketball for 14 years in the Southeastern Conference
    • Worked 9 consecutive NCAA basketball tournaments
    • Officiated in 3 NCAA Final Four Basketball Tournaments
    • Mr. Kelley is the current mayor of Huntingdon, TN
    • Played basketball and baseball at Bethel College in McKenzie, TN
    • Inducted into the Bethel College Hall of Fame in 1981
    • Received Bethel College Outstanding Alumni Achievement Award in 1985
    • Inducted into the Carroll County Sports Hall of Fame in 2002
    • Inducted into the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame in 2003
    • In 1998, Mr. Kelley was appointed by Governor Don Sundquist to serve on the Tennessee Higher Education Commission as a member of the 8th Congressional District
    • Coordinator of Men’s Division I Basketball Officials for the Big 12, Conference USA, and SunBelt Conferences
    • Assists TSSAA at officials’ camps
