Class 1A Championship

Cookeville secured its spot in the state championship with a 74-68 win over Bartlett in a hard-fought Class 4A semifinal contest. Cheyenne Byrd delivered the decisive blow with back-to-back three-pointers in the fourth quarter, giving the Highlanders their first lead at 52-51 with 2:23 remaining and extending it to 55-51 just over a minute later.
