  • Won 295 games at MUS, and 302 victories overall (coached one year at Darlington School in Rome, GA)

  • His MUS team won the Class AA State title in 1985

  • Had two state runner-up finishes, six regional titles, and 10 district titles

  • Led MUS to the playoffs 16 times and had double-digit victories in nine of his 39 seasons

  • Ranks in the Top Ten in the state for most coaching victories

  • Won Tennessee Coach of the Year, the Rex Dockery Award, the Lawrenceburg Touchdown Club Coach of the Year, and the Memphis Quarterback Club Coach of the Year

  • All three of Coach Rudolph’s sons played football for their father at MUS

  • Played football at Georgia Tech University under Bobby Dodd

  • Retired in 1997
